The pastoral care team was created in 2010. Since then it has seen substantial growth both in membership and the work it undertakes. The team visits and telephones the elderly and housebound (known as Senior Saints) on a regular basis. Over 800 visits are made each year.
There are still a large number of members that established the Pastoral Care Team involved and we have also been joined by new members.
A service is held in the All Saints' Centre on the 3rd Wednesday in the month for our Senior Saints.
We held a very successful tea dance in the All Saints Centre and we hope to continue this.
Another activity we have started is Knit and Natter which is on Wednesday at 2-4pm All Saints' Centre. You can bring g along your knitting and enjoy a cup of tea and chat.
The pastoral care team meet on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 7pm to discuss relevant topics and sometimes we have a speaker.
